Really there are only three basic types of diets: low-fat diet, the diet is low, something between the two – something we call ' diet T ween. But how about finding which of these three diets is best for them? Surely we don't have to buy one of each and by process of elimination.
Put away your wallet; You can find the answer without having to buy anything but the food you're eating. Most of us don't really know which foods best provide our type and include mixed ancestry. While some of us respond better with a diet high in carbohydrates, others of us are satisfied with the more protein-rich.
This is important if the person needing more protein were to go on a diet of fat, carbs, they probably will be a hunger-continually-or be hungry after eating more quickly. However, if you are a person who requires more carbohydrates to feel satisfied, you can switch to low-carb diet, you will feel weighed down by your diet, you'll probably become macirot.

So what does it tell us? If you need more carbohydrates in your diet, you probably do best on a low fat diet. This type of diet will give you the carbohydrates that your body craves. If you need more protein should look at the diet. This will help to balance your blood sugar level and keep you feeling hungry all the time.
And if you are somewhere in the Middle, you might want to look at the diets that are reduced in fat with less but more complex carbohydrates. These are diets such as the Mediterranean diet, a diet on the Glycemic Index (glycemic index diet), the idiot proof diet and nutrition in the region.
