The food you eat should consist of healthy weight loss foods. Junk foods should be avoided from your diet. Have whole grain made foods and food with more fibre, Fruits and less starchy vegetables. Always carry clean water with you when going out or for walking. You should not be tempted to by any soda or other aerated drinks, since they have more calories and will assist in weight gain.
