Lose weight doing the things you like


If you are not able to do regular work outs and find it extremely difficult to work out in a gym, go out for running or jogging then you have to find other ways which you like for loss weight where you find it interesting and you enjoy doing. There are lot of ways which help you loss weight by burning calories  
Car washing.
If you have a car and you are paying some body to make it clean and you do love to see it clean and believes that you can do it better do it, it helps to burn at least 320 calories an hour, take a piece of cloth, car wash liquid and water and try it your selves. You will sweat profusely and get tired fast the first time you do it, but remember your sweat and tiredness is contributing to loss weight also saving your money which you can use for other purposes.
Gardening
Another recommended hobby that you can turn to a loss weight aid is gardening. Lot of people loves gardening as a hobby, and can decorate your house, your prayer house, churches with the plants and flowers. Pick up the gardening implements and start working, digging etc. It exercises all your muscles. It can be in early morning or in the evening when sun is not out. Talk to the plants watch it grow, feel the flowers its beauty,fragrance,the small birds that sit on the shrubs, also burn 300 to 500 calories depending on the type of work  enjoying what you love to do. You will feel good when others praise about your garden. Don’t over work 2 hours of gardening per day is ok
Standing
Whenever possible just stand, keep on standing, especially when you are standing in a queue ,enjoy standing ,because you are burning calories and is on your goal of loss weight. Suppose you are waiting may be at a pharmacy, or at a doctor’s place waiting for bus, waiting for your turn at a bank, or waiting for anything ,don’t sit try to stand as long as possible .By just standing you burn the vital calories balancing your body and maximum exertion is on your legs and spine, you burn around 40 to 50 calories in an hour just standing .Your leg and hip muscles will become strong, you will get good sleep at night, loss weight since it your legs are tired due to standing.
Join kids for play
Playing with kids is a great way to freshen your spirits and lose calories, play foot ball with kids, evening is the best time to play with kids out doors. Rather than sitting in front of television and wasting time, play out door games, jump ropes, play ball catch, it helps in loss weight. Join you pet also in the games .It increases the interest, play like a child forget your age and run. You can burn at least 600 to 700 calories in one hour of play depending on the intensity. Most important thing is you spend quality time with your children at the same time doing your loss weight.
