Weight loss is not something that can be achieved in one day, it can be achieved by burning more calories compared to your intake of calories. A nutritious diet is essential for weightloss.A good diet should consist of right sized portions of raw high fiber vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates, good fats and proteins. Since the eating customs and life styles are not same in all parts of the world. One should select the best weightloss foods from the menu. It may be difficult to change the diet in the beginning, but perseverance hard effort will make you accustomed to the new habits. An individual with 120 pounds and an individual with 220 pounds may not follow the same diet and eating habits since the calorie required for metabolism may be widely different. Always have break fast in the morning as it is required for the metabolism.
The best time to plan your physical activity or exercises is in the morning. And most calories can be burned is also in the morning as per research. First do body warm up exercises and stretching exercises initially as body does not burn fat initially for first fifteen minutes. The most important reason why you should plan your weightloss exercises in the morning is because if we postpone it to any time of the day for example evening is that you may not be able to deliver, since any other meetings, dates, lethargy after a day’s work, tiredness, plan to go for a movie etc crops up during the day. Hence if you are serious for weightloss, plan your work outs or exercises in the morning. Eating more and being physically inactive is against the plan. Weight training will tone your body and keep you fit and in good health.
Drink more of water and fruit juices, drink at least 10-15 glasses of water, it will keep you hydrated and increases your metabolism and remove toxins from your body. Metabolism will help to keep our body working and one will be able to do all the involuntary  processes in the body .Hence drinking more water is essential part of weightloss.
Always try to walk whenever you get an opportunity. Normally If you drive a car to go to your near department store, try to avoid car and walk it out this time. This way you can give more exercises by changing your habits and burn more calories.
