Do lie flat on a bench with a light bar bell. Then lift this weight over your head facing the palms to the roof. Shift the weight to the back as if you were going to drop it on the floor behind your head. With your triceps pointing behind you it should not be pointing straight up. Lift the weight up while making your arm straight. Lower it slowly until you feel a deep stretch.
